| User Agreement |
All services provided by www.easecard.com are value-added services(hereinafter called "Our service") provided by Guangzhou Icarus Network Technologies Co.,Ltd(hereinafter called "Our company").
Before registration or use of our service, please read all the content of this agreement carefully so as to protect your benefit. When you register or use our service, it means you have read, understood and agreed to accept all the content of this agreement. We preserve the right to revise this agreement and to announce the updates at any moment without notifying user respectively.
1. You understand that our company is a website providing internet business services other than a bank or financial organization; our services differ from services of banking industry. Our company will keep the funds of your account properly for transaction use only, which would not bring interest. No matter when, our company will keep your funds independent from our own capital and only use your funds for purpose to your order.
2. Users shall provide authentic and accurate personal information and update it immediately if any of personal information changes. We collect user's personal information in order to provide as many personalized services to them as possible and to release the preferential messages about our products. But anonymous registrations are also permitted by us.
3. You agree that we keep in touch with you via electronic methods, including Email, Message, etc. Our company promises not to send any irrelevant content to you.
4. To protect the user's benefit, Easecard system would reserve their e-mail addresses at their initial registration, so if the users' account password is missing or the data inside is modified, they may retrieve their password from this e-mail box. As a result, please do not accept a transferred Easecard account from others to avoid dispute.
5. Easecard promises not to disclose user's personal information, including name, address, e-mail, etc, unless the following occurs:
1) It is authorized by the user;
2) It is under legal compulsion to do so.
6. When successfully registered, the user becomes the legal user of Easecard and gets an account with password. The user is obliged to protect the account and password and to take responsibilities of all activities processed with the account and password; should any loss or damage occurred in so doing, Easecard cannot and would not take any responsibility for it. Users can choose the security method to enhance account safety when use. If there's any unauthorized usage of user's account and password, or error with the financial records, or if any other safety problem occurs, the user shall contact us so as to reduce or redeem loss.
7. The bank associated with IPAY billing platform takes responsibility for the user's bank accountant and password security in Easecard's payment platform.. In this case, Easecard does not make any guarantee to service security. But we promise, we may help and communicate with the relevant organization to solve the user's problem occurring during bank payment process.
8. The user shall comply and abide with the regulations set forth by Chinese law, and not use their Easecard account for illegal purposes. The user shall not disturb or impair Easecard's network or its business, for instance, adopting hacker tools or robot programs. The user shall not engage in any improper behavior impairing Easecard or other users' interest. If the user's behavior is against the said clauses, Easecard is entitled to take relevant measures to defend the legal benefits of Easecard and other users. Easecard reserves the rights for bringing an accusation against the users with serious improper behaviors.
9. Easecard only provides online payment processing service. The user shall be fully liable for all the consequences caused by his or her online consumption. If the user finds any improper content against the law of China, please report to the relevant authority.
10. When you use Easecard service, our company will charge you certain service fees accordingly. Please refer to the description of different service charges on www.easecard.com. Our company holds the right to set forth and adjust Easecard service charges. You agree to pay for the said service charges; unless otherwise suggested, our company holds the right to deduct the relevant service charge from user's account. The usage of Easecard's relevant service is currently free of charge, but we reserve the right to begin to charge on our service at any time.
11. Easecard does not provide refund service; the user may handle the balance by account transfer. The users may receive discounts and consumption bonus from Easecard periodically.
12. Concerning the account not engaging in any transaction within three months and the balance inside is zero, Easecard is entitled to freeze the account; concerning the account not engaging in any transaction within six months and the balance inside is zero, Easecard is entitled to cancel it. After account cancellation, all the user information is deleted accordingly. The user of the cancelled account needs to register a new account again. Easecard holds the right to assign the cancelled accounts to other users after registration.
13. Concerning the account numbers not engaging in any transaction within one year, Easecard is entitled to cancel these account numbers. The users of these accounts need to register a new account again.
All the clauses of this user agreement shall be in accordance with the laws promulgated by the country; any content not accordance with these laws shall be subject to the law thereof.
